Steps to using Wimba for online lessons and group collaboration.
Create a UEN account.
You MUST register using a Univerity of Utah email account to be automatically enrolled as a "UEN Premium" user. Use of Wimba is restricted to UEN Premium users. All accounts that end in *.utah.edu should work, including department specific addresses, such as psych.utah.edu or csbs.utah.edu.
Login to the UEN system.
Go to Wimba Room Management, listed under Services/Tools > UEN Premium Services
Via this portal, you can send out email invitations to schedule future meetings, and "Enter Room" to start a meeting.
Within a "Wimba Classroom" you can use the "eBoard", chat, share video and audio, share websites and applications, etc.
