Request wired network access for a personally owned computer
For all other requests, login and submit a new support case

Find Answers

Many solutions are published, allowing users to find quick answers to questions without the need to open a support case.

Submit a Help Request

All support cases and communications are logged in the helpdesk. This enables CSBS Computing to track the progress of your case and ensures a solution is found.

When cases are closed, you can provide feedback. Feedback will help us monitor the quality of your support experience.
