Cloud Storage Integration FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is this site for?
We want to give you easy access to your files when using a lab computer or virtual environment. Thumb drives are no longer necessary when all your files are in one location in The Cloud. Cloud Integration helps you configure your options for accessing your files from anywhere.
After I sign up, where are my files?
When you complete the sign-up, you’ll find your connected Cloud Storage accounts listed when you Open or Save a document.
- Box Cloud files will be found in the “I:” drive letter.
- Microsoft OneDrive files will be found in the "J:" drive letter.
Simply go to “File”, then “Open” and select the respective drive letter. If you were already logged into the labs when you completed the sign-up, you’ll need to log out and back in again to recreate that location.
