Password Change Instructions For CSBS Users

To CHANGE/RESET your password:

Users can change their passwords at any time in Campus Information Services (CIS).

1. Log into https://cis.utah.edu with your UNID and current password
2. If you are an employee, select the Change your Password link in the Employee Profile section
3. If you are a student, select the Change your Password link in the Update Student Profile section
4. Follow the instructions on the next page to change your password

If you have trouble with your password for a particular CSBS service, contact the CSBS helpdesk at 801-585-8985. If your password doesn't work with any service including https://cis.utah.edu, then contact the campus helpdesk at 801-581-4000.
