By accepting this agreement you hereby agree to abide by all CSBS IT policies as outlined in this document, the CSBS policy pages posted at: http://support.csbs.utah.edu -> policies, the IT policies posted at http://it.utah.edu/policies, and/or updates posted in the computer labs. If approved by your department, your UNID will be provisioned to allow access to additional CSBS resources. This access is to be used only in conjunction with official University of Utah business, research, class assignments, etc. Use of CSBS resources for any non-University of Utah business is expressly forbidden.
Users are responsible for being aware of policy changes, scheduled outages, and other system notices e-mailed to them.
Once your UNID has been provisioned, certain proprietary software/data may be made available for your use. The availability of said software is for your use only, and may not be copied nor made available to any other persons. It is against CSBS network policy for you to allow access to your account and/or password to other persons.
An attempt to exceed access privileges, malicious or otherwise, on or from CSBS network machines will result in the immediate termination of your access and possible University of Utah disciplinary action.
