  • UMail Security Upgrade beginning July 15, 2020

    In a phased approach starting July 15, UIT's Information Security Office will begin implementing Microsoft's Modern Auth and 2-Factor Authentication across all devices and web browsers for UMail.
    This change affects the entire University Campus and Health and will require all users to enroll and use 2FA to access their email. Additional information about the upgrade, it's affects, and how to prepare can be found here.

  • Office Closure, Remote Support & Pick-up / Drop-off Process

    Moving forward, CSBS Computing will be closing our office location (GC 1735) and normally scheduled operating hours to further comply with recommended social distancing methods in response to COVID-19. As such, we will no longer be accepting walk-in appointments. However, CSBS Computing will still be available for remote technical support for those in need of assistance, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, by submitting a Helpdesk request or by calling 801.585.8985 and speaking with a CSBS Computing representative. Additionally, equipment pick-ups / drop-offs MUST be coordinated through our Helpdesk request tool to determine appropriate delivery instructions.
